We love and cherish our pets; this includes honoring them after they have left us. We tried multiple times to get a quality memorial through various online businesses and sent back each one. Issues we experienced:
- Couldn't read the text
- Picture and text were not aligned
- Picture had no detail - looked like a blob
We knew we could create a better product and set out on a 3-month R&D to perfect the craft.
